This photograph is a 60 second shutter after the sun set and uses a "Landscape" mode to make sure both the stars and the foreground trees are in focus. I believe that planet above the water is Venus. Notice the ray of light on the tree from my house lighting up the trunk. This will be something I want to experiment with soon when light is a subject.
