One could think of this post as a self portrait because, yes, that is me. This post shows a portrait with a white (ish) background with a Blue Man from "The Blue Man Group" in Orlando, Florida. This photo shows a lot of character in his face. I tried to use the same as he did, as this photo shows my future, of course. The main subject, the Blue Man, is shot in the first third of the photo, using the rule of thirds composition.
Actually, the balance is centered, not thirds (you are the subject here too as you pointed out). Focus is a little off, but the background is simple.
