It looks good from a distance, huh? This was a rather tedious assignment but hey, it looks cool. There were many filters to choose for each square, but I wanted to only choose from the "Artistic" section. That way, a face is easily recognizable. However I wanted the background something else. So I made it all stained glass. Then I selected over random patches and shaped them. And if I add another stained glass layer, it changed the size. So I just kept randomizing until I got this effect.
